Refund Policy

At Inkwell Sets, we want you to love your order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing, as we do not accept physical returns except where required by law (see European Union section below).

Eligibility for a refund

You may request a refund within 24 hours of delivery. To submit a request, contact us at inkwellsets@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo(s) showing the issue with your item

We do not require items to be shipped back to us for standard refund requests. All refund requests are reviewed individually, and approval is at our sole discretion.

What typically qualifies

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item received).

What does not qualify

  • Requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Requests submitted without photo evidence
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items marked as delivered by carrier tracking but reported as "not received"
  • Sets reported as incomplete without full photo documentation of all components received

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, you'll be notified by email and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, along with photo evidence, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International customers

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. Inkwell Sets is not responsible for these charges, and they are non-refundable, even if a refund for the item itself is issued.

European Union customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673. To exercise this right, contact us at inkwellsets@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be returned to us before a refund is issued, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days. A return address will be provided by email once your withdrawal request is confirmed.
